Find the WhatsApp conversations that need a follow-up today
One screen lists customers waiting for a reply, deals where it’s time to write again and conversations that went quiet — with a suggested next message you check and send yourself.
Follow-ups depend on someone remembering
A customer asks for a price, gets it, and says they’ll think. Three days later nobody remembers. In a busy inbox the chats that need a second message sink below the new ones, and most of them are never answered again.

Asked about a sofa and delivery to Manchester. Got the price, said he would discuss it at home.

How the list is built
The “Who to write to today” screen has three tabs:
Waiting for reply
The customer wrote last and is still waiting, longest wait first. Calculated automatically, no AI needed.
Follow-up due
Conversations where the analysis says to write now, today or tomorrow, and warm leads that have gone quiet. Appears after you run analysis.
Gone quiet
You wrote last and the customer hasn’t answered for a set number of days. Calculated automatically.
For each analysed conversation the AI drafts a next message based on what was said, in the customer’s language. You read it, edit it if needed, press Copy and send it from WhatsApp.
What changes
Start the day with a list
Instead of scrolling through chats, open one screen ordered by urgency.
Write back with context
The summary, deal stage and objections are next to the suggestion.
Keep control of every message
Nothing goes to a customer unless you send it.
What Chatdue doesn’t do
- Chatdue doesn’t send messages, schedule follow-ups or set reminders. You decide whether to write and send the message from WhatsApp.
- The “Follow-up due” tab and the suggested message come from AI analysis. After new messages, run the analysis again to refresh them; an update counts only the new messages.
Questions and answers
Can Chatdue send the follow-up for me?
No. Chatdue is read-only. It shows who needs a message and drafts one; sending is always done by you in WhatsApp.
Which language is the suggested message in?
The AI writes the suggested message in the language the customer uses in the conversation.
How does the AI decide that a follow-up is due?
It reads the conversation and assesses when to write next — now, today, tomorrow or later. It is an assessment based on the chat, so check it against what you know about the customer.
