A Kommo alternative if you need insight from WhatsApp, not a new CRM
Kommo (formerly amoCRM) is a sales CRM that brings messenger chats into deal pipelines. Chatdue skips the CRM setup and analyses your WhatsApp sales chats directly: who is waiting, which deals stalled, what customers object to.

Choose Kommo if
- You want a full CRM with pipelines, tasks and lead cards
- Your team is ready to work inside a CRM every day
- You need sales automation built around deal stages
Choose Chatdue if
- Your team won’t keep a CRM up to date, but lives in WhatsApp
- You want AI to fill in deal stage, intent and objections from the chat itself
- You want to start today, with the conversations you already have
Can you use both?
Yes. Some teams keep their CRM for deals and use Chatdue on WhatsApp numbers to catch unanswered chats and follow-ups, then export the results to Excel.
Chatdue connects through WhatsApp’s Linked devices feature, not the official WhatsApp Business API. That is why there is no migration and your chat history is there on day one. It also means Meta can limit such connections; we explain this in our terms.
